Summer body workouts often promise quick fixes for weight loss. However, a summer body workout plan should go beyond a quick fix solution. You’re here because you’re sick of that fluffy look. You’re already kind of lean; but you want to supercharge your physique to show-ready standard. Reps can vary, depending on the weight you are lifting and your level of proficiency.

The workouts will be progressive, tough and both physically and mentally challenging – but it’ll have to be to support your ripped body goals.
